Elijah Yukhimets married the love of his life, business partner and a best friend. Elijah Yukhimets is an entrepreneur with over 17 years of real estate investing experience and over 10 years in the lending industry. With over 400 transactions under his belt he came to realize that today’s housing crisis provides a much needed opportunity to develop, support and build local communities and all across 50 states by providing jobs and affordable housing! He started his real estate career buying, fixing, and renting residential properties in Washington and Oregon, as well as dabbling in investing in foreclosures, short sale and bank owned properties. Elijah has partnered with his friend Alex Bolokhovskiy, business power player to form Noble Tiny Homes, LLC. Elijah’s true passion is helping others achieve ultimate outcomes in having access to affordable housing, business marketing, real estate and providing real estate solutions to distressed real estate situations.
Alex Bolokhovskiy with a family of 6 extraordinary children 2-4, homeschooling family with a supportive and most precious life partner of a wife! I have spent my late teens and all of my adult life volunteering in my local church community with parking/security and conference coordination events. I also have provided various support in my city community from participating in local police explorers to outreach to the less fortunate and youth leadership/skills building projects. In the business technology sector for the last 17 years, enjoy problem solving and prevention while leading teams to success through a systematic approach of repetition, accountability, compassion, effective communication and respect! This experience in my business efforts with clients and employees I acknowledged a major challenge in employment needs, drying up discretionary income spending, housing costs causing a financial strain and need in growing wages. This led me to realize the importance of creative out of the box alternatives in temporary housing solutions and systems of community for an effort to create a local and around the country sustainable housing development project that involves businesses to participate and partner in ways to solve and improve these gloomy housing crisis conditions. Today this is my personal mission as to why work the problem of the massive housing situation with utilization of all my experience and skills, strategies and professional contacts to develop effective solutions that help secure the future for many!
